Renee Lajoie Psy. D.
Education and Experience:
Dr. Renée Lajoie received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology in June of 2013. Renée has amassed nearly a decade of clinical expertise by working with emotionally disadvantaged children, teens, and adults throughout the Commonwealth. One of Renée’s core values is the importance of education, and after 7 years of intensive post-graduate clinical training, she puts that education to good use by providing a combination of gentle empathy, thoughtful encouragement, and real-world clinical strategies.
Therapy with Children, Adolescents, and Adults
Renée works with a complete range of ages, but finds herself most drawn to working with young children and adolescents. Renée’s enthusiasm is only surpassed by her passion for providing comprehensive and unyielding psychological healing.
Dr. Renée seamlessly transitions from implementing play therapy to children, and minutes later she’s providing deep and intensive psychodynamic therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy to adolescents and adults. She excels at treating those who are ready for change, and her compassion is limitless. Each person that Renée works with receives individualized, personalized, and all-encompassing care, catered to their specific needs, all with an emphasis on the power of change.
